1. พัฒนาโปรแกรมตามที่นักวิเคราะห์ระบบได้ออกแบบ ตามมาตรฐานตามที่กำหนดไว้ โดยใช้ภาษา C# 2. ทดสอบโปรแกรมตามที่ได้พัฒนา และ แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด (Bug) 3. ศึกษาหาความรู้ เทคนิคต่าง ๆ ในเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม และ พัฒนาทีม 4. ปฎิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจ: รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจค้าปลีก เช่น ระบบขายหน้าร้าน (POS), การจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง และการบริหารลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (CRM) เพื่อออกแบบโซลูชันซอฟต์แวร์ที่ตอบโจทย์ธุรกิจ • จัดทำเอกสารความต้องการ (Requirements Specification): จัดทำเอกสารความต้องการของระบบซอฟต์แวร์ เช่น Functional และ Non-functional Requirements, Process Flows, User Stories และ Use Cases • ทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนา: สื่อสารความต้องการทางธุรกิจและรายละเอียดทางเทคนิคกับทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ เพื่อให้เข้า

• วิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบสำหรับธุรกิจค้าปลีก: ทำการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานในธุรกิจค้าปลีก เช่น ระบบขายหน้าร้าน (POS), ระบบการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง (Inventory Management), การจัดการลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (CRM) เพื่อทำเป็น Technical Requirement และประเมินผลระบบ • เก็บรวบรวมความต้องการจากฝ่ายธุรกิจ: ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานภายใน เช่น ทีมการตลาด, ทีมขาย หรือลูกค้า เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมความต้องการและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของระบบในธุรกิจค้าปลีก • ออกแบบโซลูชันเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานในธุรกิจค้าปลีก: เสนอและออกแบบระบบท

1. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คีย์ข้อมูลลงในระบบ ดึงข้อมูลลงระบบโดยใช้โปรแกรม SQL /Application/System Support 2. สรุปและจัดทำ Report Clear Report ในแต่ละวัน 3. ปรับปรุงและพัฒนา database เมื่อ Project มีการแก้ไขข้อมูลทำสถิติให้ข้อมูลมีประสิทธิภาพ 4. จัดทำ Report Data ให้ถูกต้อง ตรงเวลาและเอกสารอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 5. รับเรื่อง / investigate ปัญหา / ประสานงานผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง / สรุปประเด็นปัญหา และนำเสนอรายงานได้
