ดูแลรักษาระบบให้มีความปลอดภัย สามารถทำงานได้ตามปกติ จัดทำ report performance ของ server, ทำแบคอัพ, network monitoring, ตรวจสอบความผิดปกติที่จะเกิดขึ้นกับระบบได้, ต้องติดตั้ง ฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ application ต่าง ๆ รวมทั้ง patch และปรับแต่งระบบตามความต้องการขององค์กร, แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นกับระบบและ support user

ตรวจสอบสถานะของสายพานและอุปกรณฺ์ประกอบอื่น ๆ ของระบบสายพานด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์

ดูและ บำรุงรักษา และทำความสะอาดเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงและอุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่าย และโปรแกรมที่ติดตั้งอยู่ให้สามารถใช่งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
