a. Shall generate operational reports while adhering to defined templates and ensuring compliance with information security protocols.
b. Assist with the routine and admin tasks related to MIS’ scope of work
c. Shall manage end user accounts and accessibilities
d. Assist with the management as required, in terms of (but not limited to):
• Documenting and maintaining database
• Update system values and tables.
e. Liaise with the account management team and prepare reports to support client
