• รับสายลูกค้าเพื่อให้ข้อมูล และ แก้ปัญหาเหตุเสีย ให้บริการหลังการขายต่างๆทุก Product โดยดูแลลูกค้าและติดตามงานให้บริการจนจบเรียบร้อย และสร้างความพึงพอใจในบริการให้แก่ลูกค้า
• เสนอขายสินค้าแบบ lead sale, cross sale หรือ up sale เมื่อมีโอกาสในการขายหลังจากให้บริการที่ลูกค้าต้องการแล้ว
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ (วันหยุดอาจไม่ตรงวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์)
