หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1. นำระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เข้ามาช่วยปรับปรุงกระบวนทำงานด้านงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน
2. ดูแลระบบสารสนเทศ และระบบฐานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวช้องกับงานจัดซื้อ ให้มีความทันสมัย และมีข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง
3. พัฒนาระบบงานสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อ โดยมีการประสานงานกับผู้ใช้งานและ ทีม IT เพื่อสร้างระบบงานที่ ใช้สนับสนุนกระบวนการจัดซื้
- ดูแล ซ่อมแซม และแก้ไขปัญหา Computer Hardware, Software, SQL, ระบบ Window Server 2008, 2016 ระบบ Scan และระบบอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแล ปรับปรุงและพัฒนา Website ขององค์กร
- ดูแลเครื่องสแกนและระบบบันทึกเวลาเข้า-ออกงานของพนักงาน
- รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค :
-ให้คำปรึกษา และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์แก่ผู้ใช้งาน
-จัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเครือข่าย และอินเทอร์เน็ต
ติดตั้งและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ :
-ติดตั้งและตั้งค่าคอมพิวเตอร์, เครื่องพิมพ์, อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ทำการบำรุงรักษา และอัพเดตซอฟต์แวร์ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
การสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน :
-ให้ความช่วยเหลือ,ฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งานเกี่ยวกับการใช้ระบบ และโปรแกรมต่างๆ
-สร้างและอัพเดตเอกสารคู่มือการใช้งาน และการแก้ไขปัญหา

• 5+ years of Java development experience
• Develop and maintain Java applications with a focus on quality and efficiency.
