- เขียนโปรแกรม ติดต่อกับระบบ Hardware และ อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เช่น RFID , ควบคุมป้ายไฟ LED, Microwave Radar, ระบบ Cloud และ IoT Machine Learning ,AI - จัดหาอุปกรณ์ใช้งานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทดสอบใช้งาน ทดลองอุปกรณ์ แล้วทำคู่มือการใช้งาน

1. การติดตั้งและกำหนดค่าซอฟต์แวร์: รับผิดชอบการติดตั้ง ปรับแต่ง และทดสอบแอปพลิเคชันให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการขององค์กรหรือผู้ใช้งาน 2. การสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหา (Technical Support): ให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับแอปพลิเคชันที่ใช้งานในองค์กร เช่น การตอบคำถาม การช่วยเหลือผู้ใช้งาน และการแก้ไขบั๊กหรือข้อขัดข้องของระบบ 3. การฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน: จัดการฝึกอบรมหรือสอนการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันให้กับพนักงานหรือผู้ใช้งานใหม่ เพื่อให้ใช้งานได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ 4. การจัดการอัปเกรดและบำรุงรักษา: ตรวจสอบและจัด

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ 1. รีโมทแก้ไขอุปกรณ์ IT (computer, printer, อุปกรณ์ it ที่เกี่ยวข้อง) และคอมพิวเตอร์ลูกค้า 2. ดูแลระบบ LAN และเครือข่ายภายในบริษัทลูกค้า 3. เข้าไปตรวจสอบหน้างาน และแก้ไขเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ลูกค้า กรณีเครื่องเสีย กรณีรีโมทไม่ได้ 4. Support Helpdesk รับแจ้งเหตุเสียระบบโปรแกรม คอมพิวเตอร์ของลูกค้า (After Sale Service) 5. มีอบรมเกี่ยวกับด้าน IT ให้ 6. : ทำงานเวลา 08.30 – 17.30 น.(จันทร์-เสาร์) หยุดวันอาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์

ให้บริการ แก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านสารสนเทศ ทั้งHardwaren,Software,Operating System Install,Upgrade Herdware,Software ของบริษัทฯ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ดูแลระบบงานด้านสารสนเทศ เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ดำเนินการแก้ไข ให้คำแนะนำเพื่อแก้ปัญหา รวมถึงให้บริการตามคำร้องขอของผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศ

- Support แก้ไขปัญหาระบบ Hardware, Solfware, Network ติดตั้งลงโปรแกรมที่ใช้ในองค์กร - ตรวจสอบ ดูแลระบบ Internet, Wifi, CCTV - บำรุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆในองค์กร - จัดทำข้อมูลสรุประบบงาน นำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา - และงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
