- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

Job Summary & Purpose:
The Store manager is responsible for directing and managing all areas of assigned store (under the company policy) to ensure that target sales and profits, and total cus-tomer satisfaction are achieved.
Principal Accountabilities:
-To manage the assigned store to meet store target both financial aspects and opera-tional standard aspects (Store Appearance, Product variety, etc.).
-To create schedule shift hours that would best suit the store operation
1. Direct work of the departments in command line in accordance with company policy and objective
2. Improve & develop production work to enable competitiveness in the market and compile to GMP
3. Fine new alternatives to reduce production cost and increase quality of product
4. Specific task or project as assigned by MD
