1. วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ ระบบตามความต้องการได้
2. เขียนโปรแกรม พัฒนา และปรับปรุง Data warehouse ในส่วนของ ETL และ Data Warehouse Model ปรับปรุงระบบงานเดิมให้ดียิ่งขึ้น หรือพัฒนาการนำเข้าข้อมูลจากระบบงานใหม่ (New Data Source)
3. เขียนโปรแกรม พัฒนา และปรับปรุง Data Universe รวมทั้งสร้างรายงานตาม Requirement
4. ปรับปรุงกระบวนการการทำงาน EOD
5. ดูแลระบบ และ monitor การทำงานของ Program ETL สำหรับดึงข้อมูลจากระบบต่างๆ เข้า Data Warehouse รายวัน และแก้ไขปัญหา incident ตาม
To operate day-to-day operation routines such as maintain, support, monitor, backup/restore on some existing Employee systems, BSS Storage infrastructure, Active Directory and Mail systems like as the pool resources
Improve, Find out the root cause, Solve solution, and Monitor transactions
To code some script for solving a problem or get a new solution
To support 24x7 in critical SLA commitment
To use MS Office and Visio to do report/presentation and project management

- Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Test Case Design and Execution: Create effective test cases and execute them to identify defects.
Defect Management: Accurately report, track, and prioritize defects for resolution.

-ตอบปัญหา เเก้ไขปัญหา ระบบ Application เมื่อเกิดข้อผิดพลาด
-เเนะนำการใช้ Application ทั่วไป ให้พนักงานในบริษัท
-ติดต่อประสารงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ
พัฒนาระบบและเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
• Provide HR application support and day-to-day issue resolution to key users in HR including troubleshooting, also across different departments
• Perform system testing and analysis to ensure data accuracy
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations and recommend changes or enhancements to optimize workflows and increase productivity
• Manage employee database, job change management, query tool management
• Communicate system changes, upgrades, and general informat
Design and develop software system to support business requirements.
Consult with users, analyze requirements, and recommend technical specifications.
Develop accurate and efficient software system according to the requirements.
Build and deploy software to several environments.
Support, investigate and analyze the root causes of reported issues/defect/problems of the software system.
