• Receive calls from 1st line support/customer
• Perform work analysis and troubleshooting.
• Problem solving/solution and making corrections.
• Maintain technical and service support/ Co-operate/Communicate with all concerned parties
• Prepare user manual and technical manual.
System Implementation
• Install OS & Software & Peripheral
• Set up system parameters and enter set up data for system testing.
• Design Forms, procedures and documentation needed f
