Responsibilities
To verifiably contribute to achievement through providing the performance management and talent development functional expertise to equip line managers with the HR/HCM tools and services support essential to guide the performance of and develop engaged and competent staff, in support of ensuring bulk garment production outcomes that meet the customer’s quality, quantity and delivery specifications and KPI targets, while operating within all applicable country, customer, Group and Plant policies and guidelines and in ways that create a sustainable and engaged work force as below :

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
2. 3-7 years of experience in Talent development, training, HR, or a similar field, with a track record of designing and implementing successful development programs. Experience in Leadership or Management positions, as this role typically requires supervising teams, working closely with senior leadership, and aligning development programs with organizational goals.
