รายละเอียดงาน
1. ปฏิบัติงานตรวจสอบภายใน เป็นไปตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และ ปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามแนวทางที่กำหนด โดยใช้วิธีการตรวจสอบต่าง ๆ เช่น การสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตการณ์ การตรวจรับ การตรวจสอบเอกสารหลักฐาน
2. ประเมิน ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนและถูกต้องจากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้รับ
3.รายงานประเด็นสำคัญที่ตรวจพบให้หัวหน้าทีมรับทราบ พร้อมส่งประเด็นให้หน่วยรับตรวจสอบ
4.ช่วยเสนอวิธีการแก้ไขในสิ่งที่ตรวจพบ และช่วยสรุปผลการตรวจลอบเมื่อสิ้นสดการตรวจสอบ
5.ประสานงานและติดต่อกับหน่วยรับตรวจได้เป็นอย่างดี
6.ติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานตามข้อเสนอแนะของหัวหน้าหนวยตรวจสอบภายใน
7.ปฏิบัติงานต่าง ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศ ชาย หญิงอายุ 30 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา : ลาขาบัญชี , การเงิน , เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือ ลาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านตรวจลอบภายใน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ( Word , Excel , Powerpoint ) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการจัดการด้านเอกสารอย่างเป็นระบบ
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานทั้งในและนอกสถานที่ได้ สามารถทำงาน 6วัน/สัปดาห์
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและความเข้าใจในกฎระเบียบของหน่วยงาน
- มีประสบการณ์ ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ งานด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ สามารถเข้าใจ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ทักษะการประสานงาน มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และ สามารถลือลารกับทีม หรือ ส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความกล้าแสดงออก ในการนำเสนองานกับผู้บังคับบัญชา
