HEAD CHEF
Essential Responsibilities
• Manage the whole kitchen team and the kitchen operation
• Maintain high quality of food standards
• Coordinate with cloud kitchen and vendors for delivery of product
• Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
• Previous Italian food experience is a must
CHEF DE PARTIE
Essential Responsibilities
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service
• Support the Head Chef with the daily operation
• Plate the dishes maintaining high quality standards
• Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
• Making sure all food in of the highest quality
COMMIS CHEF
Essential Responsibilities
• Measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
• Preparing basic salads, cold preparations and sandwiches as directed by the Chef de Partie.
• Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
• Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
• Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.

2. จบการศีกษาปวส ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประกอบอาหารนานาชาติ หากมีใบรับรองจากสถาบันอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. มีไหวพริบในการจัดการด้านอาหาร
5. สามารถยืดหยุ่นเวลาทำงานได้
6. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
