- Utilises the talent development process in order to provide and develop the diverse talent pipeline needs of the institute - Develops and administers policies relative to training and development and/or general services. - Coordinates and liaises with other sections or external organizations in order to fulfill the above mentioned functions.

- ประสานงานเพื่อจัดหลักสูตรอบรม เช่น ห้องพัก ห้องอบรม อาหาร อุปกรณ์ การเบิกจ่าย เป็นผู้ช่วยวิทยากรในบางหลักสูตร เช่น เราคือ TT&T ฯลฯ - เตรียมเอกสารอบรม ประสานงานกับวิทยากร ยืนยันรายชื่อเข้าอบรม - จัดทำรายงานให้ผู้บริหารทราบ และเอกสารส่งกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
