Responsibilities
Job Summary & Purpose:
The Store manager is responsible for directing and managing all areas of assigned store (under the company policy) to ensure that target sales and profits, and total cus-tomer satisfaction are achieved.
Principal Accountabilities:
-To manage the assigned store to meet store target both financial aspects and opera-tional standard aspects (Store Appearance, Product variety, etc.).
-To create schedule shift hours that would best suit the store operation
Manage collections and aged debt, driving strong cash performance
Prepare and present regular debt and collection reports to senior leaders
Liaise with banks and payment providers (installments, gateways, fees)
Support cash flow forecasting and financial planning
