- Define Balanced Scorecard as indicator for strategic management and execute corporate strategy
- Develop and deliver strategic management communication and training course
- Take responsibility as Project Manager on strategy management who can manage both public and private sectors project
- Utilises the talent development process in order to provide and develop the diverse talent pipeline needs of the institute
- Develops and administers policies relative to training and development and/or general services.
- Coordinates and liaises with other sections or external organizations in order to fulfill the above mentioned functions.
