Restaurant Manager
In Role, Function and Responsibilities;
1. Must have knowledge of food & beverage products.
2. Ability to manage a restaurants and bars
3. Ability to manage restaurant manager
4. Set standard of each branch
5. Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
6. Must be able to prepare/check cost control
- Teaching the assigned practical and theory subjects i.e. Bakery.
- Prepare and produce all bakery/pastry for I-TIM Caferant restaurant.
- Development of new products under school policy.
- Serve as class advisor when required.
- Create, modify, update and prepare textbook, handouts, and examinations in the assigned subjects.
