- ประสานงานด้านเอกสารภายในแผนก
-ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-จ่ายงานในระบบกับทีม Support
-เบิกค่าใช้จ่ายของแผนกในระบบ ERP
-ควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายอุปกรณ์ไอที
-แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับ User
-งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ดูแล ซ่อมแซม และแก้ไขปัญหา Computer Hardware, Software, SQL, ระบบ Window Server 2008, 2016 ระบบ Scan และระบบอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแล ปรับปรุงและพัฒนา Website ขององค์กร
- ดูแลเครื่องสแกนและระบบบันทึกเวลาเข้า-ออกงานของพนักงาน
- รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค :
-ให้คำปรึกษา และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์แก่ผู้ใช้งาน
-จัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบเครือข่าย และอินเทอร์เน็ต
ติดตั้งและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ :
-ติดตั้งและตั้งค่าคอมพิวเตอร์, เครื่องพิมพ์, อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ทำการบำรุงรักษา และอัพเดตซอฟต์แวร์ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
การสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน :
-ให้ความช่วยเหลือ,ฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งานเกี่ยวกับการใช้ระบบ และโปรแกรมต่างๆ
-สร้างและอัพเดตเอกสารคู่มือการใช้งาน และการแก้ไขปัญหา
การวิเคราะห์แล
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements specification
• Assess and evaluate business process, business model, and organization to identify areas of improvements, define/propose potential business and technology solution to enhance business performance
• Design business flow, system diagram and others regarding to business requirements
• Work with different IT teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system sol
Manual + Automate Tester(Selenium, Robot framework, Postman, SQL Command)
•Analyze project scope, specification, wireframe, plan and timeline to prepare for production.
•Develop Web Application.
•Report progress and all problems occurred to project manager
•Deliver complete project following project plan and timeline
- Design and build iOS and Android mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features
- Fully responsible for mobile app development in the team
Web Design, Web Application design, Architecture Design in C# Platform Project.
Get user need , provide solution for user and coding.
Maintain, support application to customer.
- Develop program with ASP.Net or VB.Net or C#.Net include writing store procedure.
- Use OOP concepts and UML diagrams based on company standards.
- Build and deploy application.
- Work mostly independently within task guidelines esrablished by management.
- Perform work base on defined process and provide feedback on process improvements as appropriate.
- Co-operate with team leader in estimation effort, developing plan/schedule and performing task according to the plan.
