- รับผิดชอบการติดตั้ง ประสานงาน ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขการทำงานของกล้อง CCTV และอุปกรณ์บันทึกภาพ
- อบรมให้ความรู้กับพนักงานเกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมการใช้งานต่างๆ และความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- สามารถเขียนโปรแกรม Appsheet (No code platform) ได้ หรือสามารถเรียนรู้การเขียนหรือการใช้งานด้วยตนเองได้
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
• พัฒนาระบบเว็ปแอปพลิเคชัน เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ใช้/องค์กร
• วิเคราะห์และประเมินความต้องการของผู้ใช้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• จัดทำแผนการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ควบคุมงานพัฒนาที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เสร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ และเสร็จสิ้นภายในเวลาที่กำหนด และมีคุณภาพ
• ประสานงานกับผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน เพื่อทำเอกสารการพัฒนาระบบ
• พัฒนาและปรับปรุงเว็ปแอปพลิเคชัน ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ศึกษา ค้นคว้า และพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงเว็ปแอปพลิเคชัน

ติดตั้งและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ :
-ติดตั้งและตั้งค่าคอมพิวเตอร์, เครื่องพิมพ์, อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ทำการบำรุงรักษา และอัพเดตซอฟต์แวร์ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
การสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน :
-ให้ความช่วยเหลือ,ฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งานเกี่ยวกับการใช้ระบบ และโปรแกรมต่างๆ
-สร้างและอัพเดตเอกสารคู่มือการใช้งาน และการแก้ไขปัญหา
