- Utilises the talent development process in order to provide and develop the diverse talent pipeline needs of the institute
- Develops and administers policies relative to training and development and/or general services.
- Coordinates and liaises with other sections or external organizations in order to fulfill the above mentioned functions.
- Be a speaker for the topic of Auditing ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and other topics which will be held in the future
- Evaluate the satisfaction of customers
- Develop training curriculum according to customers requirements
