ดูแลจัดการกระบวนการผลิตและประกอบเครื่องปรับอากาศ ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทวางไว้

1. บริหารจัดการการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิต 2. ควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ 3. บริหารจัดการการใช้วัสดุในการผลิต 4. บริหารทีมให้ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ภายใต้หลัก Safety  5. จัดทำแผนผลิตประจำวัน 6. ดูแลให้คำปรึกษาลูกค้าทางด้านเทคนิค 7. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาของการผลิตและหาทางแก้ไข 8. ดูแลแผนเครื่องจักร ระบบงาน PM Maintenance  9. ดูแลความพึงพอใจลูกค้า 10. อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Irrigation and Nutrient Management: Monitor irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules
