• Understand SME (annual sales below 400 MB) client’s needs and identify the opportunities for the bank
• Establish relationships with new SME clients and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with existing clients
• Design call plan/ customer visit plan
• Create and execute account plans for the clients under one’s portfolio
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of SME business solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
-Communicate and collaborating with both Thai and Foreign staff and including external organizations.
-Managing deadlines and progress in a Secondary Department to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget.
-Documenting and following up on important actions and decision from the meetings.
