• Create and implement all policies and procedures to establish a well-functioning Sales in all segment
• Overseeing and managing the ecommerce department of a company with a significant online presence include hotel website, direct reservation, hotel social media accounts and online advertising.
• Ensures the smooth and efficient operations in reservation team through prompt, effective and proper reservations service to achieve maximum room revenue in order to meet or exceed the revenue target.
• Assist in hiring, training, motivating, and supervising sales and reservation team.
• Guide and direct all facets of sales and marketing including sales, branding, advertising, optimization, e-mail marketing, social media platforms and content marketing.
• Solicit new and existing accounts to exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
• Write contracts and proposals, negotiate deals and partnerships and handle complaints or objections.
• Be an active member of the revenue management team to determine strategies to optimize revenue opportunities, and implement initiatives to drive revenue.
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
• Achievement of activities and all objectives outlined in the annual sales and marketing plan, within the agreed budget.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and coordinate with sales representative.
• Attend Sales events when required.
• Other tasks specified by Management.
