รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities:
• Assist building manager in resolving problem related to system work as received from tenant’s complaints.
• Give an advice about working process to all technician.
• Control, monitor and organize all on – site technician to be in accordance with the specified plan.
• Organize the monthly work schedule of technician.
• Arranging maintenance schedules for various systems within the building and prepare documents directly to check the system.
• Analyze energy consumption and create solution for saving energy to minimize the impact on tenants.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering field.
2. • More than 5 years’ experience in office buildings, commercial buildings or factory.
3. • Good command in English; both verbal and writing.
4. • Have a License for Professional Practice.
5. • Strong Problem – solving skills and mentality.
6. • High sense of urgency and ability to deal with multiple or conflicting priorities.
