Directly assisting and supporting The Principal

Acting as a first point of contact
รายละเอียดงาน
-Be directly responsible to the Principal who will conduct his/her Performance Management
-Be responsible for providing a confidential and personal service to the Principal and will act as an ambassador for the school and Principal in all matters
-Liaises, with tact and diplomacy with other school staff and others outside the school, particularly parents, professional associations and the local community generally
-Acts as a first point of contact within the school for governors, staff, parents and others seeking contact with the Principal
-Be responsible for the efficient, accurate and timely completion of all duties assigned to them
-Maintains a close working relationship with the related departments internally

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. At least a Bachelor's Degree with two years experiences in administrative or a similar managerial field is preferred
2. Excellent Interpersonal Skills
3. Good command of spoken and written in both Thai and English.
4. Fast learner and works well under pressure with the ability to face difficult challenges and timescales
5. An eye for detail, accuracy, a ‘can-do’ attitude and a sense of pioneering spirit are other important attributes for this post.
6. Good attitude, strong communication skills, team work, able to work under pressure.
7. Computer literacy and competency on both PC and Mac platforms are required
