1. Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical or Electrical) Finance and prefer M.B.A.
2. 4 yers of relevant experience in Pow plant business with a minimum of 3 years experience in project adminiess in s must
3. Bisiness understandings , laws, Engineering etc. will be advantage
4. Communication presentation and negotiation skill
5. understandings of project management
6. Computer literacy - skill to use software program, e.g., Excel, Word, Lotus Note and power Point
7. Good command of Enlish language / TOELC 600 up
