1. Male/Female
2. Not over 26 years of age
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any IT related field
4. At least 2 years’ experience in web development
5. Knowledge and experience in programming languages (preferable to web-based application development such as PHP, ASP, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, DB, or other related programs)
6. Ability to use Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, and other related tools
