Act as liaison between the Project Team and the End Users. Identify and document the needs of the business and, based on these requirements, discuss and review the needs with the End Users. Manage Change Requests and iterations during early stages of the project. Verify that the business requirements have been met in the proposals/functional designs
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Must have experience in Banking, Business Process of Accounting, Financial and Work Flow .
- Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
- Strong business analytical skills and feasibility, experience in gathering and defining requirements
- Experience in a customer service related field would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with end users, management and developers
