รายละเอียดงาน
Oversee and supervise day-to-day operations of front office staffs.
Handling guests complaint and enquiries professionally in a courteous manner.
Manage a team and ensure the team has the most up to date knowledge of the property
Develop and maintain high level of quality service including the design of training plans for all Front Office/GSA members

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or any related field.
2. At least 5 years’ experience in hotel or resort.
3. Prior experience in hotel front office operations with a proven track record.
4. Good analytical and problem solving skills
5. Good command of English both spoken and written
6. Ability to work well under pressure with service minded and strong interpersonal skills
7. Strong customer serviced mind
8. Good computer skills
