รายละเอียดงาน
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department in our beverage production and distribution business in Southern Thailand. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Division Manager, the HR Manager will be responsible for organizational development, employee engagement, and capability development to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle complex employee relations issues effectively.
6. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Fluency in Thai and English is required.
