คุณสมบัติ

1. Study and develop ESL curriculum
2. Plan and develop lesson plans, materials and teaching & learning process of ESL
3. Develop student assessment tools/method
4. Give advice to ESL teachers in their teaching and developing students’ learning
5. Report important observations on ESL-related problems or progress to Head of Key Stage
6. Coordinate with others for the duties assigned by Head of Key Stage
7. ESL team building

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English Language/Linguistics, or any related field - Has excellent command of English in all skills: Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing - Has at least 8 years teaching experience in a regular classroom inside Thailand (with the activity-based teaching style is preferred) - Experience in curriculum development, creating support programs for ESL students - Thai, NES or NNES, all welcome - Has excellent classroom management skills - Be familiar with SLC (School as Learning Community) and PLC (Professional Learning Community) - Expertise in implementing lesson study methodologies, Has ability to lead reflective practices among teaching staff, and Track record of improving teaching quality through lesson study - Has strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate modern digital tools and software efficiently - Has a TEFL/TOEIC/IELTS certificate which is still valid in 2 years
