Sales Support Asst. Manager

1. Team Management
• Support the Sales Support Manager in supervising and mentoring the sales support team.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of sales-related administrative tasks.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
2. Sales Coordination
• Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate between departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to resolve sales-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all sales operations.
3. Customer Support
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent post-sales support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and other documentation.
• Prepare reports on sales metrics, customer feedback,team performance , payment report and manage payment tracking .
• Identify trends and provide insights to the management for decision-making.
5. Process Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements.
• Implement tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Stay updated on best practices and technology trends in sales support.
6. Training and Development
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Provide ongoing training to the team on new tools, processes, and products.
