Job Description
As a Quality Control Officer at Lofty Property Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality across our 200+ properties. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Property Inspections
Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess their overall condition, including:
Linen quality
Air conditioning
Electronics
Appliances
Lighting
Furniture
Painting
Cleanliness
Overall design and functionality: Evaluate the aesthetic appeal, layout, and functionality of each property, ensuring it meets our high standards and guest expectations.
Organize and schedule personal inspections of properties when available to ensure thorough evaluations.
Maintenance Management
Develop and implement a maintenance plan to address identified issues, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
Collaborate closely with Lofty's maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and improvements.
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels of essential items such as cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, clothes, etc., stored in the company vehicle.
Replenish missing inventory items as needed and charge owners accordingly.
Owner Liaison
Communicate effectively with property owners to discuss any issues reported in their units and provide suggestions for improvement.
Collaborate with interior designers to develop design proposals for units requiring renovation or re-design.
Ideal Candidate:
Detail-oriented: A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality standards.
Organized: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Problem-solver: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools.
Strong communication skills: Effective communication with property owners, maintenance teams, and internal stakeholders.
Design sensibility: An understanding of interior design principles and the ability to evaluate the overall aesthetic and functionality of a space.
Experienced Driver: Needs to be comfortable driving throughout the day.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary and benefits package. Salary range from 25,000-35,000 based on performance and experience.
