Customer Service Representative

Repertoire Culinaire is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team
as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact
for our customers and sales personnel, playing a key role in maintaining our reputation for
exceptional service and quality. Your primary responsibilities will include processing and
verifying orders, responding to inquiries in English or Thai, advising customers on our
products, and coordinating with our suppliers in France to ensure timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Receive and process orders from customers and sales personnel efficiently.
Input all orders into our ERP system and ensure their accuracy, making any necessary
adjustments or corrections.
Customer Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and
courteous manner. Provide assistance in English or Thai, offering detailed advice and
information on our products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to provide
accurate and helpful information to customers and to assist in making recommendations
based on their needs.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any customer or order-related issues promptly,
ensuring a positive experience and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent
service.
