- A resulted oriented with good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Previous role as Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager in a similar quality hotel
1. Welcomes customers to the Beach Club in a friendly, courteous manner.
2. Follow all rules, regulations, policies and procedures for the hotel and assist in protecting
and safeguarding all hotel assets.
3. Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to
restaurant customers in accordance with standards.
4. Performs necessary tasks to service customers, i.e., taking and filling all food and drink
orders and assisting in maintaining customers dining area in a clean and neat manner.
5. Complies with all health and safety standards/regulations as well as all applicable
beverage, federal, state and local laws/ordinances.
6. Monitors customer needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests will be promptly
fulfilled.
7. Maintain a good working relationship and provide daily detailed communications with the
team and co-workers in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation.
8. Assists other beach club restaurant personnel with maintenance and cleanliness (side
work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.
9. Maintains a working knowledge of facilities/outlets and special and upcoming events on
property, in order to advise customers of same, whenever possible.
10. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
11. Anticipates guests' complaints and take prompt corrective action.
12. Evaluates employees constantly and follow up on training requirements.
13. Ensures all operating supplies and equipment are adequate as per Par stock established.
14. Anticipates additional supplies and equipment for additional work load.
15. Responsible for all activities at beach club area to raise the revenue.
16. Coordinates with Chef and Sales and Marketing department for any special promotion and
ensure that employees are aware of it to ensure that up-selling is exercised.
17. All other duties as assigned.
