คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing analytics, business administration or related field
2. At least 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in skincare and cosmetics industry
3. Demonstrated success in delivering impactful product launch and developing a comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and sales
4. Data-driven decision making attitude. Good with numbers and Excel
5. Hands-on leader with strong project management skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Efficient in written and verbal English

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
-Work together with the CEO to develop marketing plan and calendar which will align with new product launches and brand objectives. -Lead the execution of brand campaigns on social media and marketplace. Ensure that all marketing content and materials meet the brand’s standards. Drive top line growth. -Plan and implement consumer events related to priority products and new ‘A’launches -Coordinate store events (Watsons, Beautrium, Eve & Boy, etc.). Negotiate co-sharing, in-store promotions and event mechanics
