คุณสมบัติ

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineer or an IT related field
2. At least 5 year experience in develop CRM Application or relate Application
3. Knowledge in Call Center /Contact Center or other related technology
4. Knowledge in system / network / database /security and IT infrastructure for develop
5. Knowledge of CRM&KB
6. Knowledge of bidding process and bidding document such as statement of compliance, Bill of Quantity and other related
7. Able to analyze and design Application for Call Center /Contact Center including other related
8. Good command of English
9. Coordinate Well with Team, Able to work Under Pressure
10. Certified of Microsoft Dynamic CRM or other CRM is advantage

- Creating quotation and prepare the bidding document punctually and accurately - Consolidation of quotation requirements from supplier or partner - Defining, estimation and scheduling project work to achieve the project - Defining resource requirements, establishing project organization structure and managing project team - Preparing proposals - Providing pre/post sales technical product assistance, training and education support to customers - Managing the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales in identified industries/markets - Providing in depth technical product assistance to customers and sales executives ท่านใดสนใจสามารถส่งResumeมาที่ : [email protected]
