คุณสมบัติ

1. Male - Female
2. Age 30 Years old up
3. Bachelor's degree or higher Science/Technology/Chemical Engineering/Polymer or other related fields
4. At least 3 years of relevant experience working in rubber technology/chemical/or other related fields.
5. Able to use Microsoft Office programs well
6. A TOEIC test score of 400 points or more
7. Able to work under pressure and good problem solving skills
8. Have leadership and able to work well with others

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
• Responsible for project management of new product development and new process development. • Plans, organizes, and supervises the work of R&D staff. Evaluates progress and results obtained, and implements changes to achieve objectives. • Provides customers (internal and external) with technical support • Works with operations to develop new processes /procedures and ensure that product development efforts are compatible and beneficial to the manufacturing capabilities • Establishes and monitors the projects pipeline review and prioritization system for the R&D department. • Identifies and monitors new technological developments for applications in the condom industry.
