- Bachelor degree or above with engineering, sciences, business, or related feild
- 2-5 years with Technical Support, customer service, service center management experience, or other related experience
- Age under 35 years old
- Methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of consumer electronics product
- Abel to have the on-site to customer home with service center enginner (1-2 times a week)
- Good in communication, presentation, training, and interpersonal skill.
- Excellent problem solving abilities and aptitude to understand and explain technical information.
- Provide repair guide, troubleshooting, installations, and product training for CE product (Air-Cond, Washers, Refegerator, and other home appliances)
- Monitor and control KPI, order pending, repair process of CE product
- Work closely with the CE service supplier and technical engineer;
- Managing, Supporting, Improving the CE service operation, proces, and policy
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective action.
- Coordination with HQ and team for the product lanunching, repair guidlines, annoucement, and product quality issue.
