1.Cross sale acquistion to mobile or other business databased based on various potential of sale approaching : determine data requirements and methods to collect and validate data, define prospects, generate whitelists, create campaign and acquire customers via call center channel and expand to other channels 2.Win back Campaign : Invite churned customers to come back to AIS Fibre - determine data requirements and methods to collect and validate data, define prospects, generate whitelists, create campaign and acquire directly via call center channel1. Digital acquisition campaign : Boost up online channel acquisition by focusing on drive sale through self-register, leave message and others online included own media, paid media, the web and OMNI channelImprove and develop digital marketing acquisition included with the web self-register, leave message, line channel, and AIS media 3.High value acquisition campaign: Increase new revenue and subscribers by study customer insight to find an opportunity group of high value customers. Included with Initiate, develop & implement strategic price plan for acquisition campaign direct toward high value customers 4.Location based capability: Increase new subscribers focus regional areas by study customer’s behavior through Location based capability model by find an opportunity by Ookla speedtest activity, measure demand and market size, strategic sale channel. Initiate, develop & implement strategic price plan for acquisition campaign by switching competitor’s customers. - Low speed (VDSL & Docsis technology) acquiring - Premium residence villages acquiring 5.Corroborate with regional marketing to research, study, analyzing data to identify and define target and develop marketing plan for localized campaign 6.Corroborate with AIS touchpoints to identify consumer opportunities by exploring new segments to capture consumer needs, and translating them into campaign ideas in specific AIS Shop, ASP and Telewiz channel 7.Initiate and implement sale performance, channel analysis, market analysis and consumer behavior analysis.
