คุณสมบัติ

1. 1. 30 years above
2. 2. Bachelor / Master degree in Marketing / Economy / Business Management / International Business or related field
3. 3. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a blend of international sales and marketing background. Similar industry exposure & networks is crucial
4. 4. Able to communicate in English (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
5. 5. Able to communicate in Japan (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
6. 6. Good analytical and presentation skills
7. 7. Microsoft Office
8. 8.Basic Management Information systems, spreadsheets etc. knowledge as tool in support efficient & effective analytical and decision making

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
1. Prepare and budget marketing planning and target for the marketing team for each financial period. 2. Manage sales, marketing & business development activities of the marketing team. 3. Conduct market research, ascertain market potential, identify & compile leads; 4. Plan & arrange marketing campaigns, trade show activities, A&P material requirements 5. Coach and train the team of marketing staff in prospecting, canvassing, closing sales 6. Coordinate inter-departments on relevant products management & sales administration activities
