Job Description
Prepares drafts (Thai & English) of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment, and related matters
Reviews contracts (Thai & English), agreement and other legal related document to minimize company exposure and maximize company advantages under laws and regulations applied
Provides legal advises and consultancy to company
Supports all functions for corporate legal service
Ensures compliance with all related regulations.
Maintains file system for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, ballots, shareholders and related memoranda
Performs duties as assigned
