คุณสมบัติ

1. Male or Female aged 30 years or above
2. Bachelor or higher, Major in Chemistry, Rubber, Polymers or science etc.
3. At least 5 years experiences in Rubber or Latex company or related R&D jobs. Preferably Senior staff/Team leader/Supervisor specializing in Medical Products or equivalent.
4. Good command of English in communication and writing reports.
5. Understanding of Medical Device, ISO, Quality Manual, Safety, Quality policy and objectives
6. Skill requirements are data analysis, problem-solving with logical thinking, Team Leadership, Team building, Accountability, Human resource management

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
1. Researching and developing new products, especially the products that related to natural latex product. 2. Optimizing and improving quality of current products. 3. Maintain and looking opportunity to reduce the testing cost. 4. Planning, performing tests and evaluation test results of formulation, new raw materials, new products. 5. Compiling and controlling document: Design history file, device master record, validation protocols and report, records and product information files. 6. Supporting production department to validate new process manufacturing. 7. Support Marketing department to develop new product designs. 8. Support ISO certificate(s) and manages corrective/preventive actions. 9. Follow other duties if require from Senior Technical/R&D Manager.
