2. Bachelor degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
3. Some experience in IT helpdesk or customer call handling is an advantage.
4. Be able to communicate in English.
5. Minmum 2 years of working experience in the area of computer network
6. Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
