1. Bachelor's or Manager's degree or oversea in computer science computer engineer or related fields
2. Minimum oer 5 years experiences in IT network
3. Good knowledge of networking (lan/wan), Mail Server (Microsoft Exchange Server)
4. Knowledge od cisco router mcse (Microsoft certified system engineer) : but not necessary
5. Disaster recover planiing and contingency planing
6. IT strategy, good management and good peple skill
7. Mature analytical problem solving skill and processing presentation and communication skills
8. Pro-active , Dynamic and eager to lern new thing
9. Service Minded, Flexble Active Fast Learning and change management skill
