Guest Service Agents are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, including check-in and check-out procedures, answering questions about hotel amenities and services, and handling guest complaints or concerns.
- Greet each guest in a friendly and polite manner
- Check hotel activity (arrivals, departures, special requests) and communicate information to the appropriate departments
- Communicate with all hotel departments efficiently, and maintain the function board in
-Check in/Check out hotel customes
-Operate/update hotel reservations
-Answer phone calls
-Conduct daily hotel reports and paperwork relating to customers
-Coordinate with staff from other departments
