- ดำเนินการจัดทำ และควบคุมเอกสารขึ้นทะเบียน แก้ไข ยกเลิก รวมไปถึงการเก็บรักษาเอกสารในระบบจัดการคุณภาพ
- ควบคุมเอกสารภายในและภายนอก ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตราฐาน GACP
- ประสานงานจัดฝึกอบรม SOP, GACP
- จัดทำแผนติดตามภายใน
- ดำเนินการออกใบ CAR, PAR
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารในกรณี AUDIT (Third-Party)
Key Responsibilities:
