1. Implementing and support, hardware and software as a solution for assigned project.
2. Coordinate with other teams to implement project based on timeline.
3. Give consultation to customers to resolve problem and support both of hardware and software.
4. Working outside office and sometimes, travelling for work in upcountry.
5. Standby support by mobile phone and remote configuration.
1. Onsite ดูแลติดตั้งและซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์ที่บริษัทรับดูแลให้ลูกค้า Retail ต่าง ๆ เช่น Lotus, Makro, Starbuck,ลูกค้ารายย่อย ฯลฯ และ Payment บริการเครื่อง EDC ของธนาคารกสิกรไทย

- DIGI Scale(เครื่องชั่งน้ำหนักดิจิตอล)
- POS SET(เครื่องคิดเงิน ณ จุดขาย)

- เครื่องรูดบัตร Ingenico เป็นต้น
2. จัดทำ Report ประจำสัปดาห์
