1. Implementing and support, hardware and software as a solution for assigned project.
2. Coordinate with other teams to implement project based on timeline.
3. Give consultation to customers to resolve problem and support both of hardware and software.
4. Working outside office and sometimes, travelling for work in upcountry.
5. Standby support by mobile phone and remote configuration.
• Promote and sell the assigned products to achieve the sales budget, profit margin and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct presentations, training, and consultation with customers.
• Increase sales to existing customers through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Identify, establish and develop new customers to increase market share.
• Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, solution and quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
