• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
2. 1-2 years related working experience preferred, but fresh graduate is also welcome.
3. Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
4. Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
5. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Good written and verbal communication.
