This position reports to HR Director, responsible for designing and managing comprehensive total rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Additionally, the role involves overseeing the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, process automation, and providing strategic insights through HR analytics.

• Analyze business needs and user requirements to identify opportunities for software development
• Design, develop, and implement software applications using various programming languages and technologies
• Test and debug applications to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with testers, and other IT professionals to ensure successful project completion
• Support and provide the SAP solution.
• Conduct defect analysis and perform necessary fixes and enhancement.

• Design, develop, and implement data queries to extract information from various data sources.
• Develop and implement data pipelines for efficient data collection and transformation.
