- Analyze the reporting to GM on area performance, key issues and propose countermeasures in connection with the relevant departments
- Window person of sales department and dealer
- To encourage dealer to achieve retail and wholesales target
- Feedback market situation to management
- Being consultant to dealers for related sales and marketing issue.
- Initiate and develop strategic marketing direction (segmentation, target, positioning) for a future model.
- Establish marketing strategies (product, marketing communications & activities, etc.) for a specific model through out its life cycle.
- Coordinate with related departments to prepare for a new model launch and implement the marketing plan
- Analyze competitors movement in term of product, sales vol., communications & activities.
